Terms and conditions of use of WILLMAN Logistics services.
Article 1: Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the use of transport and logistics services offered by WILLMAN Logistics, whose head office is located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.
Any order for service implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Article 2: Services offered
WILLMAN Logistics offers the following services:
- Transit and organization of transport operations
- Customs clearance and support for customs procedures
- Transport of goods and construction materials
- Warehousing and temporary storage
- Handling (loading, unloading)
- Logistics coordination and supply chain
- GPS shipment tracking
- Delivery to the final recipient
- Logistics consulting
- Management and tracking of shipping documents
Article 3: Quotes and prices
Quotes issued by WILLMAN Logistics are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices are expressed in Congolese Francs (CDF) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated.
Any service not included in the initial quote will result in an additional charge according to current rates.
Article 4: Payment terms
Payment terms are defined in the quote or contract signed between the parties. In the absence of specific provisions, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, within 30 days net.
Article 5: Liability
WILLMAN Logistics implements all necessary means to ensure the safety and proper execution of transport services. WILLMAN Logistics' liability is limited to the declared value of the goods transported.
Article 6: Deadlines and delivery
Delivery times mentioned in quotes are given as an indication. WILLMAN Logistics undertakes to do everything possible to meet these deadlines, without however being able to guarantee an exact date in the event of unforeseen events (weather conditions, road conditions, customs constraints, etc.).
Article 7: Force majeure
WILLMAN Logistics cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from force majeure, including: natural disasters, social conflicts, strikes, epidemics, wars, or any other circumstance beyond its control.
Article 8: Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.
Article 9: Modification of terms
WILLMAN Logistics reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. The new terms will come into effect upon publication on the website.
Article 10: Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
